NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co.’s Chris Galiano Facilitates +174,000 SF in Industrial Real Estate Transactions across New Jersey

Cranbury/Pine Brook, NJ [March 27, 2025] – NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. (NAIDB) has announced the successful completion of two industrial transactions totaling approximately 174,000 square feet in New Jersey. Christopher Galiano, SIOR, NAIDB Managing Director/Principal, spearheaded the two leases, which further illustrates the region’s standing as a prime destination for industrial and logistics operations.

Yahee Technologies Corp. signed a lease for a 154,000-square-foot Class A warehouse at 3 Security Dr. at Prologis Cranbury Business Park. This facility boasts 32-foot clear heights, 21 dock doors and immediate access to Route 130 and I-95 Exit 8A. Its prime location serves both the New York City and Philadelphia metropolitan markets, making it a hub for regional logistics. 

At 22-25 Riverside Dr. in Pine Brook, AER Sales LLP signed a lease for 20,700 square feet. Located less than a mile from Route I-80 and near multiple major highways, the modern warehouse and distribution facility offers exceptional accessibility and flexibility for logistics operations.
